BT Switch Off

The existing analogue technology (the PSTN – Public Switched Telephone Network) which has supported phone and broadband services for decades is being retired and switched off.

What does this mean for you? If you have a telephone system that doesn’t use the latest technology and utilise ‘Voice over IP’ then it will cease to work after the switch over. Get in touch to talk about your options.

Alongside traditional phone services, the PSTN supports everything from phone systems, alarm systems, and traffic lights to ATMs. If you have any devices connected to your landline, you will need to check to see that the equipment they use will still work on a digital landline.
